Daniel Joe is an active community member and cultural contributor from Moa Island, currently employed as an Engineering Officer with the Torres Strait Island Regional Council.

In this role, he supports infrastructure maintenance, service delivery, and technical operations that directly benefit local communities across the region. His professional work demonstrates strong organisational skills, reliability, and commitment to improving essential services for his community.
